About Us
The Greenford Christian Church Worship Team is dedicated to aligning with the overarching mission and strategy of GCC to make disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus, focusing on the UP, IN, and OUT model. This model emphasizes three key aspects: UP represents our vertical relationship with Jesus, focusing on personal spiritual growth and connection with God; IN emphasizes the importance of community and relationships within the church, nurturing fellowship and discipleship among believers; and OUT directs our attention to reaching beyond the church walls, engaging with those who don’t know Jesus and demonstrating His love and light to the world. Our vision is to lead immersive worship experiences that connect God’s truth to the hearts of His people, while our mission is to create authentic and engaging worship encounters, allowing individuals to encounter God’s transformative grace. Guided by Romans 12, we emphasize spiritual development, relational connections, and creative quality in our worship ministry. Through prayer, leadership, communication, and fostering growth—both spiritually and numerically—we aim to serve our community with excellence and love, ultimately glorifying God in all we do.
